Porto/Liverpool: Garbage, a snoozer to be more precise. The Reds didn't even show up, and Porto's only threaten on set-pieces. The only positive Rafa can take away from this is scrapping a point on the road.
Real Madrid/Bremen: This isn't the Bremen of the last 3 years, only Diego + 10. Madrid looked good in spurts/flashes(last 15 minutes of the first half + around the 70th minute on). Guti/Sneijder didn't link that great altho Guti can half ass it for 80 minutes and then filter a great pass and it's over. Higuain was the MOTM especially in the first half playing as a winger and shiffting into an attacking midfielder at points, Marcelo was the other standout. RVN wasn't really on, but he scored the winner and ditched the first assist and Raul has looked better this season.
Milan/Benfica: Pirlo sentenced early with a magnificent free kick, Milan brought the hammer down early and created lots of chances down the wings. Kaka on the counter abilitates Pirlo who lobbies a perfect pass a Super Pippo volley. Game ova.
Watching the highlights of the other games. The german teams put up a stinker, Valencia got really lucky and the day couldn't pan out any better with Chelsea tying at home against sum team from Norway nobody's heard about.
