What's the angriest you've ever been? I think I hit my boiling point last night. A good friend of mine was abused. I won't go into the details. But I don't think I've ever felt so angry. And the guy isn't being charged.

Any constructive ways for me to get rid of this anger before I start punching walls and doing damage to myself?

Last night was also the most helpless I've ever felt.
