I knocked my front tooth out as a kid but thankfully it was only a baby tooth and was soon replaced.
At about 14 I tripped over and smacked my nose, it was only much later that I realized it was broken, as there was no blood at the time.
So when I was about 30 I got it fixed... far more painful than breaking it the first time was my post surgery recovery and more hideous; a silence of the lambs type mask,topped by 2 shinning black eyes. But at lease the scaring is all internal.
My other brush with the medical sewing kit is perhaps best left to the imagination... Op, Hoot, Bay... I think you can probably guess. |
