theres a walmart where i live thats opened 24 hours a day and well it's a new storre so for the last three books they've never really had any more than 10 people waiting to get the book. they don't hold any parties or stuff like that so i'm guessing that why they don't get a lot of people in there. but for me it's been so easy to just get the books. i just walk in and go to the back of the store walk by the stacks of harry potter books grab one and go pay and head home to read it. it'll probably be the same way this year. everyone seems to go for the barnes and nobles and hastings midnight parties. i prefer it nice and quite. i can't wait to get this last book. where i work we already received the books but they're being kept in the stockroom. the boxes have that whole "not to be sold before july 21" we opened one of the boxes, i don't know but the book doesn't look as thick as the last one, but then again i didn't have the last book with me to compare. yes were were tempted to go straight to the last chapter but no we didn't. i'm going to wait until midnight on release day. man won't this week go by already. |
