They are not the biggest but they are all I can think of.
Robbie Williams. His music used to be decent, even though I despise the guy I'd admit he used to make hits, but nowadays... ugh, awful IMO. Talking about his solo career of course.
And um, I'm terribly sorry to say this: Eminem. His latest work... being featured in other people's tracks and... uh I'm so sad. He released the greatest hits album 'Curtain Call: The Hits', and it all started with those new songs on that album. 'Shake That' with Nate Dogg and 'FACK'. Sucked. Then... he quit. Right? And now he appears here and there with horrible songs and even worse videos.
