Hartnett opens wallet

Josh Hartnett matched $50,000 in donations to the St. Paul charity Common Hope.

The movie star was not present, but his parents were at Friday's event at International Market Square.

Common Hope, which improves the lives of Guatemala's children and families through education, health care and housing, raised more than $150,000 at the event, according to Mary Gautschi, development manager.
