This is for other countries. But there isnt any different rules for someone from England to get into the US as there is an American to get back into the US.

THis is because they changed the rules. Now all kids, even those 5 and under need one. And now we need one to go to Canada and Mexico and on Caribbean Cruises, we used to only use a drivers license, and kids didnt need anything. Now the government says its very backed up and cant handle all the requests.
