I DON'T KNOW why you're so obsessed with "asian pride" whenever I mention her ethnicity.Never said Michelle Branch screams"asian pride"or anything either,the difference is that she simply STATES THAT SHE'S PROUD of her roots,that does nothing more or less than convince people she's proud of who she is as well.Because one way or another those two makes one,and are highly connected.I've stated before why I think it matters..but it's not about bringing it to that level where you think of nothing else,it's about the balance.What KK fails to understand is that stating the things the way she does only proves she's a victim of racism.Where she has to pull 'that part' away because society only sees her ethnicity first.And cause she doesn't want that she says it shouldn't matter.When in reality it does,just look at her roles.Look at the world.You should be able to be whatever you are or want asmuch as you want,show it to the world and make it more beautiful.The problem is that it won't let you.
