Yeah, but he also said it was enough to merit an R-rating, and I'm just not getting that from the clips. Maybe there's more in the movie, but I have my doubts about it.
He's been vague, but still a mouthpiece. The two don't generally mix. Has me thinking he's probably not directly involved with the film, and hasn't seen it, but may be acquainted/associated with those who have. That would give him the type and quality of information he's provided but a limited source of information which would explain the vagueness in his posts, and why his details seem to lack any kind of concrete nature. Those possible limits have me questioning his accuracy.
It also explains his incredible enthusiasm for this film. If he was in the industry for a long enough stretch to get to the point where he's seeing advanced screenings of films I have to question whether he'd still be starry eyed to the point where he's making "fanboy" posts all over the Internet. I imagine he'd be more blase due to frequent exposure to such things.

You could be right but I just had a feeling hes a member of the production staff or part of some kind of street team trying to create a buzz about the film.

Street team is a definite possibility. It would actually explain a lot, his seemingly limited knowledge and his odd zeal for the film in question. So might simply being a fan of one or more of the people involved and having a friend or family member associated with the production.
I wouldn't discount his word out of hand, but I wouldn't lend it any real degree of authority either, not without something more substantial on his part.
Then again, I'm a bit of a cynic. I
always like to count my chickens as opposed to eggs... less prone to be disappointed that way. *shrug*
