Well I beg to differ on your last statement. It may be to differing degrees, with showbiz being the extreme, but I guess we'd have to agree to disagree.
Variety's article may well have been taken from a press release. I just said they *may* have written the article from a conversation. Publicists pick up the phone all the time to writers without issuing a press release if they want to get a story out. I wasn't implying Variety was gossiping, sorry if that wasn't clear. |
