However, I will say that due to our male dominant society and the lingering sexism that many women who strive for "success" feel that they need to do so by proving that they are "strong". Normally this means acting like an *******. Men do this too, but many of them don't feel like they have to prove their strength in such a way, or at least to such great lengths.
