Macaulay Culkin will star in "Sex and Breakfast," a dark comedy written and directed by Miles Brandman.
Steven Brandman, Chip Diggins and Andy Adelson are producing the pic, which just started shooting.
Alexis Dziena, Kuno Becker and Eliza Dushku also star in the story of a couple with problems in the bedroom who seek solace from a therapist. The shrink espouses group sex as a cure-all.

I'm definitely going to wait more details on this film before guessing the size of her part. The Variety article looks to be the exact press release and her name is the third mentionned - it doesn't automatically mean that's her position in the credit but that would be a highly unusual way to present the main co-star.
Also, since she doesn't do nude scenes and it's a movie about group sex, it would make quite a lot of sense that she didn't play the girlfriend. I know it's possible to film a sex scene without showing nudity but a film with that kind of synopsis usually has nudity as a selling point. The Wedding Crashers and the 40 Years Old Virgin made a lot of money being R-Rated comedies and I would be very surprised if the film didn't try to capitalize on that!
