I wouldn't even get involved with someone at the workplace.

Just be her friend.

We all have this thing about wondering "what if" or some sort of comparison to what we have now. But that's selfish. Appreciate that you have someone in your life and bring the focus you have on this girl to your actual relationship and try to make that work as best as possible.
