The film is "based" on the ride from Disneyland, Los Angeles...so I was wondering if they had put a Jack Sparrow in there. It could just be at a wax cabinet, though. Buffy the Vampire Slayer has a wax figure in the London Madame Tusseau, the horror cabinet. Pretty cool
Anyhow, I think the figures from the ride are made out of wax.
