If you use firefox you can install an extention called videodownloader: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/ . After you've installed the extention you can download the video in flv format. You can convert it to avi if you want or you can watch it with flv player.

I'll try to convert it to avi if people want it just ask I'll upload it then
