I would not want Josh to stop being a flirt.

His flirtatiousness is sooooo incredibly sexy and cute, and is such a charming part of his personality, that I would be disappointed if he stopped flirting with women. He is just so adorable when he does it and it usually leaves the women he is doing it to pretty much flushed and giggling like school girls.
