I wasn't able to watch it on FX when it ws on, so I dragged out the DVD later and enjoyed a midnight horror show with Eliza. Agree on the great performance; loved her "take charge" attitude and especially liked the pursuit in the tree branches and the finale where she puts an arrow shaft in the mutant's skull. Just love Eliza with a bow! And, those old Dodge trucks in the '50's were not that easy to drive, they were real bears with no power steering and manual transmission -- I know there may have been some stunt drivers. but there were some scenes with her driving and Eliza seemed to do it very well.
All in all, a good film for her; though I would be a bit hesitant to see a sequel; it would stretch credulity as to why Chris and Jessie would return to that wilderness and horror.
