But what if we don't consider ourselves good posters. I mean almost all the other regulars - (and non-newbies) are mod or have been mod at one time. So I guess I'm a relatively bad poster.

I'll try to complete another sentence instead:

I try to be a good poster because ... this is, after all, a nice place and I don't want to be in the doghouse. Therefore I don't flame my co-posters

and talk to them about what they want to talk about (which means I prefer to respond to threads instead of making own ones).
