Then you Frasier and Blackwolf want a forum with a no newbie rule. Interesting way to welcome new members to the board. We want you to join just don't want you to post in "our" forum.
How about instead sticking with the members only restriction and when Starlets, which I understand can attract newbies post, encourage them to also check out the other forums? I know that would disrupt the riveting conversation in there from the half a dozen posters saying "ooooh, are there any more pics" and "wow she's hot", but maybe you'd cope with it.
btw, I used to lurk Starlets from time to time. Oh no, that makes me one of those non legitimate Fanhost posters, maybe I should be banned.
