I'm afraid those can't be changed but are dished out by the Admins to whoever they feel like, not just mods but mostly so.
But I notice you're the first to earn your custom avatar (that's by making over 50 posts)... so congrats!!
And I think there's a few others who are close, (Kashie, Annie, Tcup, Olive{who I've not seen recently}) so I'm looking forward to seeing lots of lovely Josh avatars springing up!
