I'm not sure if this was from a commercial break for PO5. I had watched every single first-run episode, from season three onwards and I don't remember this specific image. That doesn't mean it didn't happen though.
I think this could have been from a Fox special though I believe a better bet may have been from one of her several TV specials she did for MTV back then.
One time on the Regis and Kathy Lee show they had a clip of Love at one of the Los Angeles Haunted Houses. She screamed so loud that Regis was cracking up after the clip. Many of those Haunted House events are for charity, and we all know how much Love attends these kinds of events.
There are some even earlier shots of Love posing with Frankenstein but I've never been able to find them all these years later. Those were taken at the Universal Studios park. This could even be from that venue as well.
