OK, I have suggested a guitar forum over at the new suggestions forum, so guitar people, please help by replying.

Quick question, anyone know how to remove the nut from a Fender Squier. As I am stuck with my Squier for a while yet, I thought I would mod it a bit, black plates, knobs etc, and I just bought a new nut, but I am worried that Fender are like PC manufacturers and superglue the nut on or something :D

Any help would be most appreciated.

PS what glue are you meant to use on the nut, I know you can get away with letting the strings hold it on, but I would like it slightly more stable.
