Okay, not sure if anyone heard "Feel Good Inc", especially if you live in the musically deprived USA, but that is a kickin song. Seriously, one of the best tracks released this year. Unfortunately, that's the only standout track on the album.

Its not a bad album if you liked their 1st album, but if you weren't particularly fond of them to begin with, their new album "Demon Days" won't change your mind. [img]graemlins/ohwell.gif[/img]

I was a bit excited, or maybe just curious, when I heard that DJ Danger Mouse was producing the album instead of Dan The Automator, as I thought it would make the Gorillaz less suck-y, but they still sound a bit bland. None of the songs sound great on first listen with the exception of Feel Good Inc, but some of the other songs do eventually grow on you. Yep, it may be a grower.

Anyway, if you're not sure about The Gorillaz, don't bother spending the money on it based on their first single. Wait until your friend gets it and give it a listen then. Or just download it. ;)
