Well this may not be the final draft so there could be more changes and of course it's

For a start the time line seems to have been shortened... there's not the big gaps like the book.
First major shocker; Lee's death is changed... Bucky witnesses it and the killers demise at the same time.
Even the Dahlia's death is changed; there's no much on the torture aspect either.
Kay catches Bucky being unfaithful with Madeleine, although their marriage is never mentioned.
Jane Chambers is still in though.
At the end Bucky is still with Kay but Madeleine's story ends differently.

I don't think reading a script is ever going to be as enjoyable as the depth gained for a novel so maybe this is going to work out fine.
