Kate, I don't know if that casting information is true or not. I didn't think too much of it at the time because I wasn't thinking in terms of the possiblity of Josh being cast.
My husband has read the book and says it is very, very good. I am due to get the book tomorrow, so I'll let you know what I think of it.
