Flo,

it's kind'of hard to say for movie or tv shows,
because of legal issues and tecnical issues.

People usually "rip" or use a "tive" or "dvr" to record and download it to a computer.. then put on a p2p program like kazaa...

However, beside the legal stuff,
people on these programs tend to put out malicous programs that tend to make your life miserable..
I strongly recommend not to do this.
