You guys brought up a good point. It's unusual to see candids of celebrities while they are indoors. The paparazzi normally don't follow them into the stores and buildings they go into.
This guy must have been the lowest of the low. He's more like a spy than a paparazzi judging by the fact that he got close enough to see what she was reading and made it his business to tell the world.
Amanda looks really comfortable and relaxed in that photo, so I don't think she knew there was some creep snapping pictures of her. Otherwise she probably wouldn't have stayed in the store very long.
I wont deny that it's a great pic. One of my favorites, actually. But at the cost of Amanda's privacy... makes me feel a little guilty
