I totally agree. Whatever career momentum Amanda had from HAIRSPRAY is now gone. Career-wise, I think she was ahead of Ashley Tisdale a year ago. Now, Ashley is ahead. So are Kat Dennings (NICK & NORA's INFINITE PLAYLIST), Blake Lively, Leighton Meester (both from GOSSIP GIRL) and, as you mentioned, her friend Brittany Snow.
Of course, one major movie role could change everything. Amanda has been with her new agent or management for a short time only. Maybe 2009 will be her next breakout year.
