I've gotten autographs from lots of people, probably none of which anyone here has ever heard of. (Unfortunately, I've lost most of them, so I can't tell you who they were.) Mostly it's intended to be a genuine "I think you're worth something" kind of compliment, but also, you never can tell who's going to be famous. ;) After imitation, it's the sincerest form of flattery, but the advantage is that it takes only a second to convey. I guess it's just my "thing". |
