Yeah it is, actually. People from developed countries go to places like Vietnam or Thailand where they can "rent" a kid as young as 3 years old (boy or girl) and do all kinds of horrendous things. It's practically impossible to prosecute these people too. Since it brings in so much money for those countries, the government tends to just look the other way. I recall some model/actress poses as a buyer sometimes to trap the dealers. Her name escapes me though, but I know she's pretty famous. There are certainly some really sick people out there. |
